Through 2022 and 2023, Columbia Sportswear has held Diversity, Equity and Inclusion poster competitions for employees nation wide three out of the four quarters of the year. I entered four posters and was the national winner for two (Pride and Hispanic Heritage Month). Since Quarter 2 of 2023, the DEI team has held artshows instead, in which I entered 2 posters. While creating these posters, I was able to:

• Tie Columbia's brand into the message of the piece

• Research and understand the history behind important topics

​

• Use both Procreate and PhotoShop to make a complete poster
